Placed several orders from this company over a period as gifts for friends…. Never seen the flowers myself but every recipient has given me positive feedback. Always arrived on time and very good prices.

Delivered on time for parents wedding anniversary, but very poor, roses only lasted 2 days! Poor quality, won’t be using again!!!

I first used Lovelyfloraworld 2 years ago and the service was terrible and the flowers weren't much better but I thought I'd give them another try.
I've learned there is a knack to ordering from this company because they do not open at the weekend.
So if you want flowers you need to arrange for them to be delivered Tue, Wed, Thur or Fri (maybe Sat but never tried) or you're going to be cross when they turn up late.
Admittedly the company should only offer delivery for these days, they would end up with a lot more positive reviews and many less disappointed/angry customers.
So the last 3 times I've used them has been a way better experience and the flowers have been beautiful!
So Lovelyfloraworld, please take note, change your Web site delivery days to only days you can realistically deliver on, simple : D

Fast efficient delivery, on time as requested for a birthday. Gorgeous bouquet at a fantastic price.

Yet again in invoice delivery stated 31.01.2023 and yet again not delivered!!!!!!!!! You pay £5.99 for next day delivery and don’t get the service and refuse to pay postage back when not delivered it’s every time I have used this company this happens
They shouldn’t be allowed to charge such a high delivery charge

Awful flowers, awful service, custome care team copies and pastes the same answers when asked to explain. Flowers missing, arrangement is rubbish will NEVER buy again

Never ever order flowers from this company!! Special occasion I orederd 12 roses 3 dys early for a special day. Surprise they were delivered a day AFTER Supposed delivery date and blame it on the courier. When contacted, replied with read the T& C get out clause.
